Perfect location for experiencing Traverse City. Just south of the main downtown area. Extremely convenient and walkable to many great eating establishments and shopping. The condo was very clean, up to date and perfect for our family. Host was excellent to work with.

The good. Location. The bad. Dirty Amenities not kept up with. Communication with managers could be much better. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but at the time we booked this unit it had a 5 star rating and that just is not the case. Whoever they use for cleaning needs to step up there game. The kitchen had grease all over the cabinets the unit smelled like dirty socks and the exhaust fans in the bathroom were covered in dirt to the point they hardly worked. The iron board was rusty under the pad and when my wife went to press a white shirt it left a rust stain on a new white blouse. We sent a message to management and the communication was rough. When they did try to resolve the issue we were brought a iron not a board. Listening is key when dealing with guests. The location of the unit is the best part. Parking sucks and the small stairways to get the luggage up are a bit of a pain. There are many units in Traverse so I would recommend a different one.

This location and property is perfect for exploring Traverse City. A couple blocks from Front St and less than a block from Firefly and Rare Bird for food & spirits.

We have stayed at many different places in TC, this one is the most quite and quaint area! It’s so cozy and so close to everything. Near downtown and also near the Commons! We love it here! And Carrie was in contact with me for any questions!

Our unit was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is great and we walked to the main downtown street in less than 10 minutes. The host was easy to reach and friendly. The only downside is that parking is very limited in the building lot and the parking garage next door can get expensive. The listing mentioned a $20 maximum/day, but I parked for 12 hours and got charged $25. Not sure if the rates increased since the listing. We would try walking to dinner when possible, or else the chance of finding free parking before bed was pretty slim.

This condo was perfect for us! It is located blocks from both downtown and Traverse Bay. The interior is smartly decorated and everything looks new and clean. It was super convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo, with detergent supplied! We were able to cook dinner a couple of nights with the pots and pans provided. The only negative was the limited free parking, but it worked out that we only paid for the garage parking one night. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would happily stay there again.
