The house is centrally located ... walk to downtown shopping, the beach and great restaurants. Duncan House has been tastefully updated. We have added central air conditioning which is rare for a house of this vintage.

Communication and check in were great. Kitchen as well as the entire house was welcoming and immaculate. Updated bathrooms with old world charm in reception rooms. Huge back yard. Excellent location. We loved the charm of the house. Highly recommend.

This was the second time we’ve stayed at Duncan House for a month over the Holidays. It was warm and inviting with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It is on the edge of town where you can walk to shops and specialty food shops. The hosts are friendly and responsive.

The property was as advertised and a great location for us, just around the corner from the square. Ann was quick to respond to any questions and everything went smoothly.
