Nestled in North Topsail Beach, this attractive house for $709 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This 3,000 sq. ft., professionally decorated home with elevator has a reverse floor plan where the open dining, living and kitchen areas are one the top floor resulting is stunning views of ocean activity. The Master bedroom with private bath are also on the second floor. First floor areas includes 4 private bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room, and wet bar for food and drink preparation. Beach themed décor and furniture fill the house so that you can enjoy comfort and luxury with a beach atmosphere. Second floor granite countered kitchen and island feature new high end appliances such as a large refrigerator with icemaker, Gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, ample small end appliances, new cookware, and new kitchen utensils. Open kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas. Enjoy a comfortable furnished living and dinng areas along with a 75" HD TV for your entertainment pleasures. Half bathroom is accessible to all on this floor. The second floor also has a 16.5ft x 13ft master bedroom with private bathroom. This finely decorated room has its own private sliding glass doors to the ocean deck. Sip early morning coffee just outside the master bedroom. First floor includes four 13ft x 12ft private bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bathroom is shared by two bedrooms. A wet bar with Fridge and sink provide easy food preparations for beach picnics and lunch under the Gazebo. The North West bedroom includes a 55" inch HD TV. Access to the beach is via the wet bar and two Eastern facing bedrooms. For you convenience our laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. To the East side of our home, enjoy majestic early morning sunrises while sipping your favorite beverage from either of our 3 stories of our large decks. Or, take a few bear foot steps out to the beach or Gazebo through our extensive deck platforms. To the West side of our home, enjoy spectacular sunsets from the west facing bedroom decks. Also, enjoy the inland water way activity all day long. HD TV's offer true HD live TV from HD antennas. Also enjoy multiple streaming hubs like Netflix, Sling, HBOmax, and Roku. Of course high speed WIFI throughout the house. Due to the recent COVID pandemic, we have adopted a new cleaning process: 1. All major surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant including light switches, door knobs, remote controls, cabinet handles, faucets and heavy traffic areas. 2. All linens, bedding and towels are cleaned with CDC approved disinfecting agents. 3. All kitchen appliance surfaces will be sanitized. For your convenience, we also provide an initial supply of paper towels, bathing soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergents, trash bags, laundry detergents and cleaning supplies.

Great Family Trip
We had a wonderful time at this property - family from Colorado, Baltimore, Nashville, and Cincinnati area gathered for a week of reconnecting and enjoying the Orlando area. The house and pool were great - we prepared several meals there and it was a pretty easy drive to several attractions - including both airports. We also loved historic Ocoee, including DG Doughnuts, the Book Rack and the snow cone place. Access to the trail behind the house was a big plus too. Erik was very responsive and willing to answer all my questions leading up to our visit. We highly recommend it!

Family Vacation
We chose this house because it had plenty of room/beds for our families. The location wasn’t horrible. We had to drive 20-30 minutes to the theme parks or other touristy attractions. Which isn’t horrible. The house overall was a little warm. We’re used to keeping our houses much cooler than 73 that the thermostat was locked on. Making it a little difficult for both families to get a good nights sleep, but we managed to stay a little cooler with all of the fans that were provided. Erik was great at communicating. He kept me updated throughout our trip when people would be doing repairs on the home. Two very minor issues the ice maker was broken on our trip, no big deal we bought ice, and one of the toilets upstairs kept getting clogged. Overall the minor issues are manageable, and the fact that the house had everything that we needed made it that much better. The pool was great, we swam everyday. There was plenty of space for all of the kids to spread out which was nice. No fighting!

Perfect!
We were very very happy with everything. We satay in rentals a couple times a year and this is exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked, even pool towels, clean, plenty or room. This is in a nice neighborhood. Convenient to Publix Walmart and Disney! We already booked for next year!

The house was spacious for 5 people. The many amenities and items provided made our stay more enjoyable. The property was conveniently located, and we especially enjoyed having access to the West Orange Trail. Eric was a gracious host, and tried hard to make up for the shortcomings of his cleaning and pool service.

The house was nice and clean and provided some household supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry soap, etc. I've rent several houses over the years and none have provided these supplies. I was impressed.
Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working on the 2nd floor for 4 out of the 8 nights. The owner worked to get it fixed as fast as he could. However, I was disappointed that he did not offer any money back or other compensation.

This is a very large and lovely home that is extremely clean and well kept. Erik was a wonderful host and communicator. It is about 30 minutes or so away from the parks which is something to consider if you are traveling in a car and some of your party want to leave early. Plenty of space for 4 or 5 couples and some children. Immaculate pool, plenty of glasses/dishes/etc. Host communicates in timely effective manner. Only suggestion would be better bed pillows.

Perfect is the Perfect Description
If you want to vacation with your large family to spend time together but also have your 'own space' to retreat to, this home is PERFECT! Our family of 12 consisted of my husband and me, our 5 children (ages 17-27), my daughter-in-law, grandson (age 6), mother, niece and nephew. Rather than getting a hotel, where we would have to sit on beds to visit, we were incredibly blessed to find this home. We were blown away with how much room we had. There is plenty of sleeping space and several different sitting areas where we could all relax. There are two dining room tables so we used one as our game table and the other for eating. We loved the sitting nook off of the kitchen where family was able to gather while meals were being prepared. The reading nook, on the upper level was a perfect getaway for some alone time. Nothing is spared in this home. You have everything you need and more! The pool area was fantastic and we really enjoyed having a pool to ourselves rather than sharing with a bunch of resort guests.
Located in a gorgeous neighborhood, the home has easy accessibility to wherever you are planning to visit. Our visits to Disney and Universal were no problem.
Erik, the owner, is an amazing communicator and makes sure that you have everything you need while in the home. I loved the personal call on our first night to make sure we were comfortable.
This home is very highly recommended by my entire family. The value of the cost is wonderful but pales in comparison to the value of the incredible family time and memories that we were able to share.

Loved this home for its spaciousness as there was ample room for our large group. Handy location, fun swimming pool and very well equipped for our stay in the Orlando area.

Wonderful home
House was great size in an pretty quiet neighborhood minus automatic gun fire heard on same night a body was found earlier in day.
All the you will be fined signs and cameras didn’t set vacation mood though I do see why they were put up with water stains all over furniture and issues Erik must of had in past. Dressers and under beds could use more attention from cleaning crew.

Look no further, this home has it all. We absolutely loved everything about our stay: beautiful, spacious house and pool, comfy furniture throughout, a kitchen that felt like home, wonderful communication with Erik, safety alarms to keep the kiddos safe.....I could go on but I think you get it :).

Excellent communication from property owner. Quiet neighborhood, loved morning coffee on the patio by the pool before the kids were awake ready to jump in.
