Six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms welcome up to 14 guests and there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge. Each room is beautifully decorated with your comfort in mind, offering high end linen packages and plush beds guaranteeing a good night's sleep. After a fun filled day in the sand and the sun, take a dip to cool off in the private pool or relax in the hot tub as you soak up the stunning ocean views. With the elevator, accessing every level of the home is easy and convenient. **Elevator reliable but not guaranteed** Private pool can be heated for an additional $300 non-refundable fee during mid to late March - June 1 and September 1 - November 1 (weather and outdoor temperature permitting); 3 to 4 day notice required prior to your arrival date. Outside, you'll find a waterfront paradise just waiting to be explored. Simply sit back on one of several porches and watch the dolphins play or walk across the street to a community access to the beautiful beaches nearby. For those seeking adventure, the area offers plenty of options. Rent a boat and explore the coastline or take a fishing charter for a chance to reel in the catch of the day. No matter how you choose to spend your days, this vacation rental home provides the perfect base for an unforgettable getaway. So why wait? Book your stay today and experience waterfront luxury at its finest. **Construction is scheduled to take place next door Monday thru Saturday. This may impact noise levels in the vicinity during these times. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding the status of construction before booking.** Parking instructions: Parking for 4-5 cars, depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking. **INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A backpack style cooler, beach chairs and accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. Please use a backpack cooler for the beach to minimize sand dune damage from dragging coolers or carts. Driveway parking is available for 4-5 vehicles, depending on size. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. *Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. Pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet. Pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given. **Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.** Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs. Booking a vacation rental can be stressful! This was a great property for a large family to get away for the holiday weekend. The hot tub and pool were a plus. Ample pool towels were also available for our use. With elderly grandparents coming with us, the elevator was a necessary element. We were grateful for it.
