At Ed's Place, the beach is just across the street and the canal is right outside the back door. Start the morning with a short walk to the sand, spend the afternoon fishing from the private dock or heading out from the private boat ramp, then come home to the hot tub on the canalfront deck. It is a hard-to-find North Topsail Beach setup that gives your group easy access to both sides of island life with water views from EVERY window!
This 4-bedroom home with an open loft has 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 guests. The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together in one open gathering space, so the group can cook, eat, and relax without being cut off from one another. Sleeping space is divided among four enclosed king bedrooms, an open loft-style sleeping area with three twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the common area. The loft is open to the home and is not an enclosed bedroom.

We all enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Loved our views of the ocean, inlet and the canal. We had fun fishing off the dock and using the hot tub. Nice yard for our dog to enjoy. Great communication with the host. We will definitely want to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay, quieter area which we loved, easy access, owners were great communicators, large house and loved being on the canal! Short walk to the beach (literally across the street).
