This property was as pictured. There was a delay with check in because security could not locate the keys. The owner was quick to answer any questions. Very satisfied.

The house is in a gated community and the security guards were attentive. The house is well equipped and Valerie was really good at answering our questions during our stay. Sadly the restaurant on site was small and not open in the evenings and getting around is not that easy without a car. Walking is very hard as there are very few pavements and the local roads are narrow and busy. Taxis can be very expensive, minimum Usd 25 to get to the Bay, unless you use a local route taxi, which costs about Usd 1 and pass by the main gate. This is just advice to fellow independent travellers and does not in any way detract from the service provided by Valerie and Owners Direct, which was excellent.

My experience staying at Coral Garden started out not so great because I got to the house late and communication with the host was not good. She was out of the country so it was hard to reach her. She send me an email the same day with a good phone number but I did not have internet access while I was traveling so I didnโt get it. Also I went my the needle drop location on the map so I was lost for awhile. That was probably my fault. I did not notice that there was an actual address listed. When I finally made it to the house it was extremely hot and the power was off. Eventually I found the circuit breaker to turn the power on to the house and turned the AC on. On a positive note the house was extremely clean and the neighborhood was great. There is a pool about 2 min walk away where you can hangout get food/drinks a chill. I would recommend making sure you communicate with the host days before so she know when you will arive and make sure the AC and light is on before you arive.
