Nice location with fantastic views, beds where comfortable, good powerful shower, good breakfast
Staff, specially the bloke of reception Sunday morning 6 sept, spoke to his guests like 💩, at one point when going in for breakfast at 7.35 where told ‘we’re not open yet! Get out! Basically felt like he was talking to a dog, wish I had said something not but was taken so much by surprise! (Were told breakfast started at 7.30 hence going down at that time)

We didn't have breakfast as the Norbreck stole money from us for a booking that had to be canceled. So there's nothing el's to say about that.
The Norbreck basically stole money from me from a cancelled booking that I had to cancel because of my working hours with no refund policy I find it very difficult to believe that they lost any money from the booking so it's nothing but theft. At that time I was very annoyed with the Norbreck hotel but it's an ideal location for a stay at Scarborough. There's niggly things wrong with the rooms as some friends of ours stayed at the hotel as well, our room looked very well lived in the paint work around the room was not brilliant but acceptable, We didn't use the shower as it looked dirty Not cleaned at all as if it was used by the revue's guests and left to dry, the inside of the window had dirty head marks so that definitely hadn't been cleaned The cost was £80.19 but with the loss from the lost booking it was a total cost of £186.33, That's a lot of money for a 1 night stay, It sort of put a strain on our overnight stay as it was our Ruby wedding anniversary gift to ourselves for 40 years of marriage the £106.14 could of been spent on a lovely meal but no The Norbreck stole it.
