Great location. Comfy clean room
Helpful staff.
Nice bar/pub.
Been in worse places in Scarborough
Had a job getting hot water from the shower .
Ended up with a tepid shower.
Not anyones fault and we were told by phone a couple of days earlier that the lift had broken.
We were puffing a bit up 3 flights of stairs.

Room was quite small and cramped but very clean.
The bathroom was a bit of a nightmare with how the door opened/closed
We paid for breakfast
It was all very bland
If breakfast is going to be offered I think it needs re thinking
Pay for more expensive coffee, offer latter and cappuccino etc
Pay for more expensive tea bags and have more options such as herbal
