Things to know: We’re excited to inform you that this unit utilizes a comfortable style of bed-making known as Triple Sheeting. Triple Sheeting is proven to be more hygienic and is used by five-star hotels around the world. It consists of a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, and finally a decorative top sheet. Due to this change, the pictures for this home may not accurately represent the bedding that will appear during your stay. This has not affected any other amenities or the amount of beds available. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Security camera details: There is an active Ring doorbell security camera at this home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Communication was great, basic condo with no frills, bathroom is small & toilet is kid size & a few ceiling tiles were sagging, pics of bathroom should be on listing, condo was clean but smelled like moth balls

The 3 minute walk to the beach was great! The condo is older and the pictures do NOT show the true state of the back half of the condo. Everything was clean, but there isn’t enough lighting in the bedroom. Shower area needs updated and a safety bar installed in the tub.
Overall, it was a nice spot for our getaway.

Well-appointed and comfortable. Very close to the beach! My only complaint is that I needed a blanket for the bed. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at the condo was near perfect. The condo was very clean, exactly as described, and about a 2-minute walk to the beach. The management company communicated all our check-in instructions prior to arriving and made sure the condo was to our liking during the weekend. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

We’re not able to go due to inclement weather in TX. Tried to reschedule ahead of date but was told it was not possible. Real bummer that Vacasa was not able to work with us on this.

WiFi was wonky the first night we were there—I had better luck using my cell data getting things to load—but then it was good for the rest of our time. We were able to stream Netflix and YouTube without a problem, which was made easier because the TV is a smart TV.
We had an issue with the water one day, which was not the property manager’s fault—there were repairs going on that she was not informed about. When I called her, I got an immediate response, and she had an answer for me within 15 minutes.

Property is not on the beach!! It is quite old. Beds and bedding was fine.

Perfect spot for a relaxing get-away.
The condo was clean, comfortable, and spacious for a 1 bedroom. It had cold AC, was a VERY close walk to the gulf beach (3 minutes), and a quick drive to the restaurants and marina in Port Aransas. Perfect location. Would definitely stay again!

Cute, but needs pesticide service
The property is old, but well kept. The one issue was the amount of bugs. We encountered a cockroach in the living room, large spiders in the bedroom, ants on the sheets and a dead beetle on the stove. Pesticide service is needed. If it wasn't for that, our stay would have been perfect. Great location to the beach and great check in/out process!

Great place. It wasn’t anything fancy, but just what we needed. It was clean and in a good location. I would recommend it.
Only suggestions would be to have inside floor mats to help keep the sand out and to have plenty of hooks in the bathroom to hang damp towels.
