Clean, neat, friendly, AC (Not all hotels has it). Above average given it's not a global brand compared to other hotels in the area. Used to be an NH hotel.
Basic, had to take a trip down to pickup the iron, was expensive.

The staff was excelent.
The room was humid and hot when we arrived and hotel halls were like a sauna day and night . Seems that they save up for electricity bills.
The furniture and tv were too old and with scrathches. No mirror in the room, no plug in the bathroom for a hairdryrer.
It looked nowhere close to a 4* hotel.
