Amazing location, fair price, super lovely and helpful staff. I slept like a baby!
I think it's time to update the accommodation photos on Booking :) Those photos are clearly very old as the rooms are quite old/damaged

Very friendly stuff. He helped me with the suitcase, brought clean towels, explained everything.
Location is super good, just 5 minutes walk from the railway station, in the heart of the Old city, lots of parks, small cafes and 10 minutes walk to the main square of the city where the Pope palace is. Just perfect.
I liked everything, because for that location this is a real value for money

The hotel is very close to the bus and train stations. There are several restaurants in the same area.
There was no hot water available for the bathroom sink and the shower water was barely warm enough to use—with the handle completely turned to hot. Only one small towel the size of a bath mat) was provided. The bed consisted of a bottom sheet and a duvet with no cover. It was all clean however.
