Great location, good value for money, relaxed atmosphere provided by very professional staff.

I stayed with my two grown up children and appreciated that a room for three people was available and that the price was good value The room despite 3 people was spacious. The gym was state of the art and exceeded many that we have used in four star hotels. The staff are very helpful and friendly in all areas of the hotel. We will definitely be back

Breakfast was only middling. Service at breakfast was poor and with a half hour to go before Service finished there was no bacon or fried eggs left

Thanks for a wonderful place to stay and a perfect location.

Was a great hotel and the accommodations were wonderful. Would have like to have a top sheet as it was too hot for a comforter.

I slept like a baby the bed was so comfortable didnt want to get up

Breakfast was superb my husband had cereal and full irish and I had continental, plenty of tea and coffee

Good

Dinner in the bar was good. Not rushed and waiting staff were friendly.

Reception staff not very friendly. Corridors very cold. Breakfast was poor, not much choice.

Extremely Disappointing

Refused to let us check in without a credit card, which you are only advised of in the T's & C's of the confirmation email after they have charged your debit card in full. We offered to pay the security deposit via Cash/ Debit Card but they refused to accept same. Also refused to let another member of our party use his credit card as the booking was not in his name. Pat in reception was extremely rude and unhelpful and made no apologies for the inconvenience and basically told us to leave the hotel. Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone

great location if visiting the University.

the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. shout out in particular to the night and morning staffs.

It wasn’t made clear to us that breakfast wasn’t included. I know it’s something we should have checked ourselves but had it been mentioned on checkin we would have sorted it then rather than at breakfast.

Comfortable and Welcoming

We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Kilmurry Lodge. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly whenever we had questions. Because of the convenience, we took advantage of the restaurant, and were very pleased with the quality of the food and the excellent service. We were traveling without a car visiting the University of Limerick, and found the location very convenient for public transportation and taxis as needed. The Lodge is also easy walking distance to and from the campus. I will certainly choose the Kilmurry Lodge when I am in Limerick again.

No complaints or dislikes at all.

Wonderful place to relax, close to motorway, good food with wonderful buffet breakfast for a very reasonable price.

Great front staff and restaurant staff. Wonderful food. The rooms are a good size. Good location. easy parking. Beds are comfy.
