The view from the room over the river was superb, so calming and beautiful.
The very generous and delicious breakfast was great value for money, while the view from the breakfast room was just splendid - over both the river and the town with its many wonderful spires and towers!

Everything was perfect. The restaurant's location, where breakfast is served, is a great idea—it's on the top floor and offers a wonderful view of the city, making perfect feeling for the whole day. The breakfast was very good, the room was clean and quiet, and the bed was also comfortable.
It would have been nice to have electric kettles in the rooms, like most hotels around the world. Tea and coffee were only available in the lobby, which was a bit unusual. Also, reception wasn't always staffed, which was a bit discouraging.

On the Rhine, 15mins to hbf and altstadt, clean and spacious room.
Would benefit from aircon and/or bathroom ventilation, and would gently suggest “normal” pillows (incredibly soft large squares which admittedly could be folded over a few times)
