We had a wonderful experience at the hotel and were especially impressed by the attention and care from the staff. Everyone was very kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and we truly felt well looked after.
A special thank you to Mr. Burak, who was very helpful during our stay and always made sure we had the assistance we needed. We really appreciated his attention and service.
We were also celebrating my birthday during our stay, and the hotel made the occasion even more special with some lovely surprises. We truly appreciated the effort and personal attention, which made the celebration very memorable.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.
One small suggestion would be to have a little more variety in the afternoon snack options. What was available was good, but having a few more choices would make the experience even better.

This was not our first visit to Bodrum, nor our first family holiday in Türkiye. We have stayed in both Bodrum and Antalya several times, but the level of hospitality we experienced here genuinely stood out.
The hotel itself is beautiful, set into the hills with spectacular views. The infinity pool is absolutely outstanding and easily one of the highlights of the property. There are several different areas for relaxing by the sea, from sunbeds directly by the beach to elevated areas overlooking the water and private cabanas, which we enjoyed several times and particularly loved as a family.
The rooms are also lovely and full of character, with a distinctive Greek-inspired design that feels perfectly at home in the Aegean setting. There are different room styles and layouts, including a beautiful duplex that was part of our family stay.
What really elevated our experience, however, was the service. The staff at the pool, bars and restaurants were consistently attentive and warm, but Burak, the hotel manager, deserves a very special mention.
His attention to detail is remarkable. Even before we arrived, the hotel contacted us through Booking.com asking about our arrival and departure times, whether we needed anything arranged, and whether we were celebrating a special occasion. My sister's birthday was during our stay, and Burak made sure it was remembered, from a lovely gesture waiting for her in the room to a cake and celebration at the fish restaurant with live Turkish music. He also arranged our Italian restaurant reservation, our time at the cabanas and, eventually, our airport transportation.
What impressed us most was that nothing seemed too small for him to remember. My niece lost her watch, and Burak managed to locate it and have it delivered to my room. Another family member lost his phone, which Burak also managed to locate and even offered to arrange to have sent back to us in Jordan. Whatever we needed, he somehow found a way to arrange it.
