The atmosphere was warm, lively, and full of positive energy. The staff were always friendly and welcoming. The evening DJ performances were enjoyable, and the dinners offered a great variety of delicious dishes
It would be even better if the lunch menu had a little more variety. Also, the curtain and the toilet flush in our bathroom were broken. We requested a repair once, but unfortunately, the issue was not addressed

great vibes, beautiful people, good ratio of girls and boys. Everyone friendly and chill. Food is outstanding.
for our taste we would have preferred more deep house/ techno , felt at times the DJ were a bit commercial, but this is a minor comment; great music for the most part.
A big Minus was though the cost of jetski $240 per hour or half an hour, and there was only one jet ski. Wish to see more beach motor sport activities right at the hotel
also, the mixed drinks quality could be improved.

Almost everything honestly, I can’t fault the property, I even loved where my room was situated
I had an incident with a manger but got it sorted out, I just didn’t like that it had to get to that point where I’m upset for us to get proper communication from them

The rooms are nice and there is a great breakfast buffet and gym. The rooms were cleaned to a great standard.
There are some improvements needed in the overall running and customer service of the property. I booked via booking.com and had expected to pay at the property given that’s what it said on the booking confirmation. But three days before my stay the hotel contacted me via chat requesting payment and said that if I didn’t pay now then the booking would be cancelled. Additionally when we arrived at the property at 3pm they said we couldn’t check in because a previous guest had been smoking in our room and they needed to air out the windows, nothing was offered to us whilst we waited like a refreshment or a simple room upgrade, we were a bit disappointed by this. Additionally the service around the pool was very slow.
The hotel would benefit from an app and the activities and events at the hotel should be bookable and more varied. For example, the Hyde Beach should have more entertainment on with dancers and get the party going, but during the day it was just 1 dj and people didn’t feel like they could get up and dance.
There is a lot of space in the hotel and it just felt under utilized and eery at some points, if the hotel put more effort into the running of it then it could be 5*.
