Amazing property. The hotel has an incredible view and the amenities are great. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Esma and Pelin at the front desk for very helpful service. Also, the spa experience was great thanks to the spa manager Mr. Kaan.
The service at the third party restaurant was not great as they have forgotten some orders at the breakfast, though they helped immediately after reminding them.

We paid In booking. Com for an apartment with a package including a kitchen because of health concerns we like to cook..But unfortunately we were not allowed to cook and we weren’t told before in spite of kitchen and it’s appliances and dishes were there and open

The service quality, the staff’s treatment, and all the facilities of the hotel. The hotel was in good condition, and we were treated in an amazing way. The hotel is utterly oriented towards its customers and their overall happiness.
The restaurant was on the expensive side, with the portion sizes were very small compared to those prizes. I understand that it is a luxury restaurant, but still it should be more price effective.

The front office staff were amazing, Dina, Fatih, Teken and one another tall guy they were trying to help. Also they have nice views.
I had to upgrade the room twice to find a decent room to their finest suite and still, the A/C was terribly noisy, bathroom water going out everywhere, disgusting smell all day long inside our room, I had to call everyday few times to get water, tissues, coffee from room service! The beer inside our fridge was expired, all the bottles actually! Kitchen furniture was broken, even the balcony alumetal was broken as well. Facilities are old, we couldn’t use the basketball court, the swimming pool didn’t have any service, hardly anyone speaks English. Breakfast was very bad and food was tasteless and all staff made us feel they are doing us a favour by serving us. Bathrooms at the beach and pool were never clean
