Great location in the city center. Amazing clear support from the owner and wish to help and to advise. Easy check-in and check-in. Opportunity to park the car. Clean place. There is even tea and coffee.

The property is in a highly convenient location, with easy parking options close by. We were able to easily walk to the Arena, in about 8 minutes, to see the opera. The host is exceptional with communication and help. Nothing was too much trouble and all the details required were clearly explained. Highly recommend staying here. It felt effortless.

The host gave useful tips about the city, breakfast places etc.
The room has a coffee machine which is a nice touch.
The price was very reasonable.
The main issue was the air conditioning. We stayed during very hot weather, around 31–34°C, and the AC is either semi-broken or simply not powerful enough to cool the room. It remained uncomfortably hot, and we were constantly sweating indoors. Judging by previous reviews, guests have been mentioning this problem for years, yet it does not seem to have been addressed.
Also, I would say that photos of the room in Booking are nicer than reality.
