This Gulf Front Luxury home is poised directly on Indian Rocks Beach and situated in "The Narrows", A unique area on the South end of Indian Rocks Beach where Owners and Vacationers alike enjoy Direct Views of the Beach, Gulf of Mexico as well as Great views of the Intracoastal waterway! This wonderful home offers 4 Bedrooms each en-suite plus a Media room that offers a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guest. There are 4 full baths PLUS (2) 1/2 baths. On the main living floor you will find a queen size bedroom, media room with a queen sleeper sofa, humongous kitchen with gas cooking, dining area for 10, family room and a beach front balcony over looking the beach and pool. On the 3rd floor there are 3 additional bedrooms..... The Master Suite is spacious with a direct views of the Beach and Gulf. The master bath offers a walk-in shower, tub, his and her vanities, Gulf front balcony and walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms both enjoy water views of the Intracoastal waterway. The "kids room" offers two bunk beds both with a twin on the upper bunk and one of the bottom bunk is full sized. All in all this room can sleep up to 6. The other bedroom (4th bedroom) offers a queen size bed. On the ground floor of this home you will find a 2 car garage, large air conditioned entry with great access leading out to the heated swimming pool and spa, pool bath and BBQ outdoor grill. Perfect for large families! An elevator runs to all 3 floors. Great location within walking distance to the business district in Indian Rocks Beach offering 5 or 6 fantastic restaurants such as VIP, Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace's to name a few, the post office, CVS drug store, museum and Splash Water park! Pack n Play and high chair/Booster seat available UPON REQUEST! This property is best suited for no more than 3 vehicles. Things to know: - This property offers a 5 to 7 day supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods. - You must be 25 years of age to book any of our properties. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be the responsible party. - No Smoking. or vaping in the home – up to $500 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the house - No Pets. - No Parties. - No Trailers IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING HEATED POOL: Pool heaters only function while the pool pump is running. The pool pump typically runs 8 to 10 hours per day. When temperatures consistently stay below 65 degrees during the day and colder at night, it is not likely that the pool will achieve desired heated temperatures of 82 to 84 degrees. On the rare occasion our temperatures dip into the 40's, the pool heater will not be able to function adequately so will not be turned on. *This property has a charge of $35/per day to increase the temperature of the pool over 84 degrees. We do not give refunds or credits for cold weather and or mechanical failures. We will do everything possible to remedy any situation within our control.

We loved our stay here! We appreciated the elevator, enjoyed the hot tub/pool as well as the gorgeous views. The kitchen was well stocked. The pack n play and high chair were appreciated as well as the beach chairs, towels and boogie boards. There were a few hiccups including finding a dead rat in the poolside kitchen area and the microwave quit on us. The cleaning team could also be a little more thorough as there was some accumulated dust in some of the bathrooms/bedrooms. The main issue that we encountered that was not address was that the queen mattress on the main floor was very uncomfortable. This was reported multiple times and ultimately we were told that the owner would not replace it based on one complaint. We would definitely stay here again if the mattress is replaced. We enjoyed the location, beach access and thought the management team was overall helpful.

This property more than lived up to its descriptions. The location is so amazing - few steps to the beautiful beach. The kids practically lived in the private pool. View from the house is breathtaking particularly at sunset. Absolutely perfect.

We splurged on this gulf-front house and really enjoyed our stay with our grown kids and one grandchild. Wonderful pool and hot tub patio right outside and the beach and water just a few steps away. Fantastic views from the living room and primary bedroom. Nice open kitchen. Ample supplies of soap, t.p., paper towels. Nice Keurig and a regular coffee maker and fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. Lots of books at the house for adults and children. We enjoyed Keegan’s and Guppy’s and one special dinner at Villa Galace. Also Pipo & Betty’s coffee shop and bakery

this property is beautiful! Very clean and well stocked! the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking is tight! Sure would be nice if we could park in the hotel lot! We needed one of us to direct the driver to get out to the road. The full bed under the bunk bed and the fold out bed were uncomfortable. The master suite was wonderful! The pool and hot tub were big hits with the 3 and 6 year old. The beach was wonderful and not crowded at all. Nice walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to groceries and liquor and Costco! Would highly recommend this beautiful home and beachfront! Thank you for making everything so easy from checking in and out!

A return visitor to this home and it never disappoints. The house feels like our home away from home. We were not able to warm up the spa this time and always struggle with the narrow driveway but overall it's our go-to when visiting Indian Rocks. Walking distance to shops and restaurants makes it very convenient since we do not like using that driveway.

Beautiful home - very clean! We were so comfortable there for our family vacation including 3 children under the age of 4. They had a blast. The best part was the pool and the beach practically side by side. Management company was awesome - they responded to all our questions right away and were so helpful and accommodating. Sunsets are to die for. Within walking distance of so many fun places to eat and explore.

Our only negative was the quality of cleaning in the kitchen area; granite counter tops were oily/sticky and refrigerator and several cabinet fronts had grubby handprints.

From check-in to check-out we loved this house. Super easy and very responsive property managers. The only issue we had was a dead battery on a fire alarm and they came right over at 10pm to fix it. Each day "Fred Enrique " the Grey Heron came by and hung out for a few hours poolside with us.
The house is better than advertised. All week we kept finding pleasant surprises in the home that made our stay more enjoyable. We really enjoyed the retractable awning above the pool deck. The location of the house was perfect, and it was great walking directly out to our beach...or just swimming in the pool and being able to enjoy the beach view. The house had plenty of towels, beach equipment, toys and everything we needed to cook at home. Each bed was super comfortable and the kids absolutely loved their bunk room. Our 5yr old loved this place so much he cried all the way back to Tampa airport because he wanted to go back. Thank you for a great, memorable family week.
