Die Lage direct am Strand, sowie kurze Wege zum einkaufen.
Mobiliar (Sofa, Backofen, Dunstabzug, )marode nicht funktionabel.. Abfluss im Bad ( Dusche ) verstopft. Das musste ich selbst fixen. Schiebetüren schwergängig. Dach des Wintergartens undicht. Der Hahn ( Panik Rooster ) ist nervig am frühen Morgen und verkackt den Eingangsbereich.

The beach is only a few steps away and it is beautiful. The condo has everything you need and it’s clean and quiet, also next door to a great beach bar, where they have loungers and umbrellas and the food is delicious!

This location is perfect. The beach is beautiful, and having Jack's beach bar next door was definitely a bonus. It's right across the street from the Camana Bay walkway, which was convenient for us. There are many restaurants within 15 minutes walking, so we never even needed a taxi until heading back to the airport. Btw, my son named the sweet rooster that hangs out by the door, Bob.
The unit was adequate for our needs. The beds aren't particularly comfortable, but aren't terrible either. We could have used labels on all the light switches, because they were very confusing.

Clean, screened back porch, short walk to beach and Caymana Bay.
We stayed in a ground unit, it felt very dark. The pull out sofa mattress is terrible and the queen bed mattress is not much better. The sofas are very uncomfortable and dated No dishwasher, shower runs hot and cold, couldn't get constant temperature. We only stayed here one night and my back is wrecked. Alot of light in the back bedroom at night from the neighboring building. Way over priced at $550 US for the night.
