Awesome location. Walkable to several great restaurants and Camana Bay. Located right in the middle of SMB so just a 15 minute drive to just about anywhere on the western side of the island. Condo pool was nice and clean. The stretch of beach at condo is great. 3 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels were available for use. Quiet and safe complex with no noise issues. Would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet safe place to stay with more of a budget friendly option.
Parking gets busy in the evening, so you may not get a spot right in front of the complex, but there is a dedicated lot just across a side street with a spot for the condo. Just make sure you get the access code to enter as the lot is sometimes staffed with a security guard.

Intimate, very clean, and pleasant. The service is friendly, and the manager is extremely helpful. It feels safe. There is a large parking lot. It offers ideal connections to every destination. It is close to the airport and Seven Mile Beach—and despite being near the city center, it is very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be back! :)
I thought about it for a long time, and I can't find anything that could be better :)

We loved the location, the small
Patio in the back, proximity to pool and beach. Shout out to Robert and Office management staff They were very responsive and helpful when my husband became ill. Back patio nice and a good place to dry towels.
Biggest complaint: The unit smelled of mildew and was very damp the entire time. AC was on and this just made the damp air, cold. ? Filter replacement issue. Towels never felt dry etc. second and minor complaint was 1 wine glass! ?
