The yard was great, the view was good, the room was large. Breakfast was plentiful, the staff were helpful and we were able to book some activities with them.

Location, pool, friendlessness of staff
A bit dated but we didn’t mind, it was close and comfortable and good for us. Kids loved the pool and the balcony was good.

Was a great location, right in the middle of town near restaurants, shops. The staff were really nice and room was clean, WiFi worked well and Aircon was good. We also had a balcony, which was nice to have.

Staff was super nice and helpful. They helped us plan activities in La Fortuna. Breakfast was decent. They allowed us to check in early and check out late by an hour - that was a huge help.
There was absolutely nothing in the room other than beds and one corner table. The toilet flush water was leaking. The tiles were broken on the floor. One of the outlet plug was broken. Parking was limited.
