The Hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location: after 10 minutes walk, you can reach all the shops, restaurants, and other places you might need.
The room I booked was absolutely huge much larger than what I had originally reserved. They were very generous and actually gave me a better and more comfortable room than the one I had booked. It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities.
The hotel is somewhat dated, and some things could use a repair or replacement, but there was nothing that bothered me during my few days there.
Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. For me, this was something really special and quite unexpected in Istanbul and Turkey. I have rarely experienced hotel staff who were so polite, friendly, attentive, and willing to help.
In this respect, I would honestly say that the staff were even more professional than what I have experienced at some five-star hotels.

The staff is so wonderful and the location is amazing. There is no better value for money hotel in Istanbul!
It is not the newest hotel and some corners would need attention.
