About this house rental
Nestled in South Forest Beach, this charming house for $162 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Under New Ownership this unit has been completely remodeled. All new furniture, kitchen, bath updates, flooring & paint. This unit is sure to be a favorite among our repeat guests staying at Surf Court. The master bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two doubles and an extra pull out cot in the closet. Both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV's. The brand new Kitchen features Quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. Full Size Samsung Washer/Dryer. The spacious living room has a large flat screen TV, and a pull out queen sleep sofa. You will be certain to find relaxation in this townhouse just steps to the Atlantic Ocean. We recommend renting bikes to jump on the bike path just outside the Surf Court complex. You can walk or bike to Coligny Plaza where you can go Shopping or have Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or the best Ice Cream!! Also plan to visit the newly constructed Low Country Celebration Park adjacent to the public beach parking lot just off of Pope Avenue.

The place was very nice! There are only a couple things I could recommend. The king bed was very high for a short person. A step stool would have been helpful. The washer was very deep and I had a hard time getting the clothes out of the bottom. Again, I could have used a step stool. LOL It would be nice to have a full length mirror in one of the bedrooms. These are just minor. I plan on renting this place again!!!!

Great location. This is the second time we stayed in Surf Court 67. I have a few issues this year with the Condo it was pretty dirty: example master bath had stains all over the walls and bed sheets were not clean either, Lot’s of sand on the floor. Kitchen had one dish towel and one paper towel not a big deal I bought 6 dish towels for the unit. It seems like everything needs to be tightened, door handles upstairs, shower glass door handle and shower handle, toilet paper dispenser downstairs bathroom is falling off. Great place just needs someone to do a walk through and fix all these little things and do a deep cleaning of the unit. Thanks

Loved this place!
We really enjoyed staying at this property. The place was great and the location was amazing. The fact that beach access was just across the street was amazing. With two small kids we didn’t want to have to walk far. I am actually going to try and book this same place next year that is how much we liked it!

We loved this property. It was a really wonderful and updated condo - we loved the modern kitchen and renovated bathrooms. The sitting room was all we could hope for. And the bedrooms were absolutely top notch! The pool and gardens were a wonderful backdrop. Overall - couldn’t be happier!

Very nice location. Lots of updates with the kitchen very nice. The only issues I had were back sliding door needs work very noisy and all upstairs doors need work including shower valve and shower door needs tightened. Sorry one more thing master bedroom the base is too wide on the king size bed, I hit my knee several times on the corner and the bed is too high. The bed is very comfortable though. Thanks

It was a great property. We didn’t particularly like all the stairs. It we managed. Older people who can’t do stairs would not do well in this.

This beautiful Family Friendly Villa has easy access to the beach and an easy walk to shopping, and the new children's play park. Can't beat the location. We would book this villa again.

The three separate sleeping areas and 2.5 baths were perfect for our family. We prepped lunches for the beach and made a couple of dinners and snacks in the kitchen. The large dining room table was perfect for playing games on rainy days or in the evenings. We happily borrowed boogie boards and beach chairs that had been left by other guests in the closet by the front door. Coligny Beach with restrooms, changing rooms, and outdoor showers was a five-minute walk. Restaurants and shops were right there as well. Great customer service by the property management team who responded to promptly to questions I had before and during the trip!
