The location was really good, easy access to everything. Close to a really nice bakery we wanted to check out! The room had everything that we needed, the bed was super comfortable. They kept our luggage for us while we explored Osaka the next day :)
The room is quite small so difficult to get our luggages in there.

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly.
The room looks nothing like the pictures, which looked a lot more luxurious. There was also no natural light in the room, and barely any windows. The room overall was pretty clean, but the shower curtain was mouldy. If you want to empty the tiny trash bin you have to put a sign on your door before 10am. The hotel has 10 floors, but only two washers and dryers which was very inconvenient for a hostel. There was no housekeeping, but that is to be expected. The location is fine, it is close to a metro station (about an 8 min walk), but there are highways all around the hostel. It didn't cause any noise pollution, but it made the neighbourhood feel a little less safe.
