It was in a good location and the house was pretty and very clean inside and out.

I have a mold and mildew allergy and when we opened the house up the smell of mold and mildew was so bad it burnt my nostrils. My parents didn’t have a problem nor did my daughter but my son and I had a very bad reaction and couldn’t breath. I tried to stay for a while and air out the house but it didn’t help so I had to leave. I called the property and told them. They were nice at first but then refused to give me my money back and even refused to change the dates so I could get some of my money back. It was really awful. They basically told me it didn’t have a smell and that mold doesn’t exist on Mallorca. When I looked it up online mold is a big problem in Mallorca. It was an awful experience. I’m didn’t realize that people could be so dishonest and unbending especially for health reasons.
