The room is super clean and spacious. The matress is comfortable and the location is accessible to public transport and eateries.

The staff were all exceptionally polite and very helpful... The price was reasonable... Whatever I needed I received support with... There's a rooftop terrace where you can sit under the stars and chill...
The area wasn't as bad, walk up the street from the main reception and you're near the blue mosque...
Restaurant close by to have breakfast etc...
Again, the staff were very helpful and very welcoming...
The room I stayed in with my daughter had a problem with the shower, water was leaking out, but managed to get it sorted to some extent... The hairdryer didn't work at all but there was a spare one that was given to me that was even better...
The only thing I hated there was when couples were getting frisky you could hear everything in detail... I couldn't do anything because I didn't want to embarrass them and tuin their fun, but at the same time I wanted it to stop because she was so loud she ended up waking my daughter... Not suitable if you have young kids with you as the walls are too thin and it's not soundproof... But other than this issue everything else was perfect...

The close proximity to SultanAhmet centre,Blue Mosque,Hagia Sophia,restaurants.
Not always changing towels but for that you have to take the towels from the hallway yourself in the morning,so not a big problem.

The staff were friendly and the location was well connected, we could get taxis from the doorstep. It's a budget hotel, so the rooms were compact.
We were in one of the basement rooms at 'Lola', and the biggest downside was that there was black mould in the toilet/restroom. As we stayed there for a week, it affected our health and we couldn't breathe properly in the room.
We also came back with a cold and fever and it took us longer to recover.
We did report it to the staff, but they didn't bother.
We also looked at a room upstairs, and they didn't have mold. Would not recommend the basement rooms, and probably wouldn't recommend this place if you're staying for longer than a weekend.
