Nick’s condo was exactly as advertised! 3 min to the beach (we timed it!), tons of towels and beach toys, stocked kitchen for easy cooking at home. Great location and Nick was super quick to respond and very nice. Overall great experience!

The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach. The pool area was nice and we used the grills in the pool area. The condo matched the pictures, check in and out was easy, small kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Just a few a few dust bunnies around in a couple spots. Overall good stay!

We were very pleased with our stay. Nick communicated prior to our arrival to go over check-in procedures and answer any of our questions. Easy walk to beach, many provisions available (towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, as well as kitchen ( coffee, cold drinks and service items). Excellent Value! We would return.

Everything was great about the property- fully stocked beach gear, covered parking, location, and the space in general. My literal only complaint is that when we checked in, there was a third of roll of toilet paper to share between the 2 bathrooms. Definitely not a deal breaker and I'd stay here again.

Condo was a comfortable “beach unit”. Previous tenants checked out late which likely prevented the cleaning crew from doing their normal job. Food was left in the freezer and the cupboard. Floors were not fully swept. But overall we enjoyed our stay. Contacted the owner on a couple of TV questions and an internet problem and he was great. Very responsive and helpful. Condo complex was nice and pool was great. Very short private walk to the beach. Furniture is very basic and decor is pleasant. a A/C and appliances worked great. A whole closet full of beach chairs and beach items was in the unit. Unit was pretty much “as advertised”.

The property is a great location. Good amenities. The front left burner of stove didn’t work. And it was not very clean and had lots of clutter in closets. We did appreciate the water toys/ chairs etc.

We were there for a conference at the Marriott. We rented cruiser bikes and it was so fun getting around town like that. Nicks place was a great location, quiet and right across the street from the beach.

Getting the key out of the box was a little tricky. Overall the property was clean, but the closets were a little sandy. The towels and linens were acceptable, but not luxurious. One of the umbrellas in the closet is broken. We could not get the patio door to unlock and open. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the condo was nice.

Close to the beach, walking distance to a number of restaurants & mini-golf. Groceries about 4 miles away. Very responsive owner. On-site office was never open during our stay.

Condo was just as expected… short walk to beach, fully furnished and stocked with everything we needed!!! Clean pool, community grill, and quiet~safe neighborhood. Nick’s condo had a few extras while other condos we’ve stayed at were bare minimum. Love our long weekend here!!

Three of us went to this rental for a short birthday vacation get away. Even though Ian caused a lot of havoc, we had a fantastic stay at this location. There were beach chairs, coolers, and a cart for us to use and every day we walked a short walk across the street and watched the beautiful sunsets!! There is a restaurant right across the street too that you could walk over for supper and not have to drive. Highly recommend and will probably be going back to this rental myself someday in the future!

We liked that the property has a private access to the beach so the area right in front does not get too crowded. The apartment was clean, with plenty of closet space, comfortable beds and was spacious. The only downside was a glitchy air conditioner that would not cool down properly even though we kept the doors closed but the apartment had portable fans available and we had to use them.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo itself was perfect for a small family. The outside porch offers a quiet spot to hang out at after the kids go to sleep. The condo also offered all the beach stuff you could possibly need to have a good time with family. The private beach entrance was also so easy to access and get to the beach. The owner of the condo was also very nice and helpful. We would definitely return.

I will say the unit was not terrible. It was very old, but seemed to be clean. It had a very very strong smell of mildew. I went out and bought pine sol and fabreez. That seemed to mask the strong smell. The furniture is old, but comfortable. Unit was a very nice size for two adults. It definitly could fit more people. Bed was very comfortable. Beach was across the street. We did'nt use that access. I could'nt tell you how it was. I went to my brothers condo on the beach. This was a last min booking. If you could afford to stay on the beach I would advise to do so. It is not the worst unit, but definitly not the best! If you do book make sure you bring everything, dish soap, garbage bags, soaps etc. There was nothing in this unit. You deal directly with the owner who is a really nice guy. In my opinion the owner has not put a dime into the place since he last decorated in 1980's.
