This unit is an awesome end unit and Seaview is a great location for beach access. Quick walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets and morning walks.The air conditioner had a mechanical problem and stopped cooling the condo. Harborview Rentals provided excellent customer service. They answer the phone with helpful customer service people and the property manager was very responsive and we were taken care of within hours. We recommend this unit and any property managed by Harborview Rentals.

Great location. We traveled with our daughters 22,20,18 and 16. The beach was a close walk. This was extremely helpful in our stay. To wake up and walk across to the beach ( rather then involving vehicles) was a huge help. We loved all the beach wagons and chairs that were in the condo. Building itself was quiet and well maintained. Overall, would stay again . We had a fantastic trip

This was our second stay at the Seaview unit. We were there six weeks and loved every minute of it!! It is a great place with an easy 5 minute walk to South Beach. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The condo building and associated areas like the pool, grill area and landscaping are all very well maintained and pleasant to be around. The other guests there were friendly and respectful. The rental group (Harborview Rentals) were also friendly and helpful. We booked again for next year.

Did have to register again on property for parking.
Very comfortable with one exception, the primary bed was so soft that my wife ended up on the couch to save her back the last few days of the trip. If that is replaced it definitely enhance a stay.

This condo is only a short walk to the beautiful Marco Island beach’s South entrance. It had everything my family needed to enjoy our weeklong stay. Many great restaurants nearby and close to the Everglades for a 10000 Islands boat tour. We enjoyed eating on the spacious lanai. I hope to rent again soon.

We really enjoyed the location. The unit is dated, but that was ok with us, however there is no excuse for not being clean. The units get a quick go through, corners & woodwork dirty you can see the dirt. Carpet in master needs cleaning. The windows don’t close tight & unit smells like urine. It’s really too bad. The pictures show bright, beachy unit & it does look like that but everything needs a cleaning. Mattress in master has old mattress covered with thick piece of foam. Towels need replacing.

This unit (Seaview #304) is a very nice unit. We were happy with the size and layout of this 2 bedroom condo. We did an after-hours check-in which went very smooth. The condo was clean and well kept. The location is great, it is just a few minute walk to the beach and 10- 15 minutes to some nice restaurants. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and very clean. The pool water was warm and perfect for swimming. There were some dishes that were in the cupboard that were not cleaned well by the dishwasher. We ended up hand washing several dishes to be sure they were clean. We had to do a similar cleaning with the silverware and silverware holder. I would recommend that these rental units be given a deep dive cleaning periodically. I would also recommend purchasing some sets of glasses and dishes that match and offer a variety of sizes. These could be purchased at a Walmart inexpensively.
Overall we really enjoyed the condo and our stay and have booked it again for next year.

This is our second year staying at Seaview #304 and once you visit you know why it is so easy to come back again. The location is perfect, directly across the street from the South Beach entrance and within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops. The amenities available in the condor are everything you would need to enjoy your stay on beautiful Marco Island. The condo is very spacious and offers plenty of room for our family of four. The condo is clean and and the Seaview complex is very quiet with a great pool for swimming. I would highly recommend this location for your next trip.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was truly perfect. It was, as stated, across the street from public access to the beach. It offered views in two directions, and a wonderful view of the sunset each night. The apartment itself was very nice. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed. Bathrooms were very clean. One had limited hot water, but the management company offered to come and address it immediately. We were very happy that the owners supplied all the beach equipment we needed. The development at the pool was beautiful and very quiet. Overall a fantastic experience. When we arrived, the keys were easy to find with just a short drive away from the condo. The place was clean and there were even partial views of the ocean. The condo was decorated so beautifully! We enjoyed daily beach days with an easy walk to the beach and nightly sunsets with the family. The condo had everything we needed, beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. We ate at Joeys pizza, and had delivery one night, we went to CJ’s and Mangos!! We also did an airboat ride at Corrie Billies, I would highly recommend that!!
