This roomy 3 bedroom home is located along the Boise River, and along the greenbelt as well- right out the back gate. Even though its close to just about everything, you'll enjoy quiet morning and evenings on the back patio, free from noisy traffic. 5 can sleep comfortably between the queen bed, the double bed, and the twin bed, but there is an air mattress available if you need room for a 6th person. The brand new HVAC system will keep you comfortable anytime of the year. WiFi is fast and free, and there's a FireTV stick so you can stream your favorite movie or TV show anytime. There is also a bluetooth speaker to connect to if you wish. Feel free to pack light, and use our washer and dryer. There is room for 4 vehicles with the 2-car garage. It’s close to grocery stores and a quick trip to anywhere in Boise you may need to go! ****(4) It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. We also liked using the garage. The back gate opens right onto a bike path. Nothing impressive about the neighborhood. Not within walking distance of any shopping. *****(5) We found a clean and tidy home on our arrival.
