About this house rental

This property is a duplex located in NW Boise with great access to downtown, the foothills and the Boise river/green belt and the freeway. This house is close to everything Boise has to offer.
Our large backyard has a fire pit, bbq grill and horseshoe pit for your enjoyment. Please note that this is a VALUE property. While we strive to provide a clean, comfortable place to enjoy your stay, we are not a luxury property.
Walking distance to a lovely neighborhood park and coffee house, you don’t have to go far for food and entertainment.

Property was in good shape. Back yard could use a little more attention. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. The light under the microwave didn’t work nor the oven light. You could use another pot for cooking larger amounts.

Our 1st experience renting a house and we will never stay at a motel again! This house was so clean and charming!!! I personally will miss the morning coffee in the backyard the most! Quiet neighbors. Convenient to everything and Katie is the best hostess!
