Location, clean, cozy and warm.
Parking at the rear of the property is tight for a medium sized car and if much larger would have been extremely difficult/more than one vehicle!!!!

Great house for a stay in Amble and exploring the area. Bus stop seconds away (regular service to Alnwick/Warkworth/Ashington/Alnmouth...station and town), and car parking space available. Seconds from High Street, and a great pub {Wellwood) almost next door. 6-7 minutes' walk to the harbour area, and lots of interesting shops/pubs/cafes around. House had conservatory and a wee garden with table and chairs....we were lucky to be there during heatwave, and for Mauretania Day at the harbour. We'd definitely book this place again if going back to Amble
Took five minutes to figure out how to get round the back of the house to collect the key on arrival, but all part of the fun!

The property was clean and functional and beds were comfy. Apart from the little things below the property was a decent size upstairs was very clean.
could have done with a tv upstairs as teenager took playstation on holiday so adults had to relegate to dining room with no tv. The garden had a large thistle in that was sending seeds into the property and the garden hadn't been tidied - there was no washing line or clothes horse to dry the washing.The four slice toaster kept tripping the electric when toasting four slices so we had to do two slices at a time so could do with replacing and the cooking pots/ frying pan could do with being replaced as they were well used.
