This property is exactly what we were looking for our family getaway. We have teenage boys and this home offers them their own space to interact and play games or watch tv away from the main living area and master bedroom so the parents can have their space. This home has all of the amenities you will need and every bedroom is clean and spacious for all. The location is very ideal as well as it is easy to get to any location in Payson and just a short drive from Strawberry. Will definitely be back.

First Time in Payson but definitely not last, Shame our Golf was not as fantastic as the Property Could not have asked for a better location and close to everything. Cant wait to come back and enjoy the property again

There were 6 of us in our 60's. Three out of the 6 were Arizona natives. We have been traveling together throughout Arizona to discover places in our own state (we're from Mesa). None of us have ever done an extended stay in Payson. Our husbands golfed, while the wives checked out local antique stores, we ate at some amazing places (260 Café, El Rancho, and Macky's). We also saw Zane Grey's cabin. Traveling home we found a pioneer cemetery near the Roosevelt Dam, then we went on to Globe to explore Indian ruins. It was a quick trip but we had a great time. We loved our evenings where we could gather and play games. Thanks for sharing your home with us

Everything was great. The home is beautiful w 4 big bedrooms. Nice linens on super comfy beds. Great location for golfing. It’s within the Rim Golf property & 1 Mile from Chaparral Pines CC. Well stocked w necessities. Even a few beer for the guys when we arrived. Steph the owner was wonderful! Definitely stay here again.

We escaped the Phoenix heat and had a wonderful stay in payson. The owners were very accommodating, easy to get a hold of, and the place was so clean and organized. One of my favorite rentals. We can’t wait to come again.

We were a party of 7. Our elderly parents almost 95 and 91 stayed downstairs in the beautiful master bedroom. There were 3 rooms upstairs. It was just wonderful to all be together, cook, visit and take wonderful walks. We barbequed twice. There was everything there that we needed to cook or bake. The host Steph was easy to contact. We would love to come back again!

Three friends and I were invited to play in a golf tournament at the Rim golf course. The townhouse was the perfect location. We each had our own bedroom and the beds were extremely comfortable. The property provided all the essentials we needed for the ideal stay. We look forward to staying there during our next golf outing.

We had a family reunion in Payson and the home was our retreat! It was so much better than we expected. We felt at home. The only problem was the Master bed was so high that it needed a step stool to get into it but once in it was so comfortable! Love the lavish bedding!! We want to come back again! I will pack a step stool. THank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We enjoyed the property! Everyone said their bed was comfortable which is very important. Beautiful view of forest in back! Driveway is very short and we took our F-150, the bumper was just a tad bit in the street. So, next time I would definitely take the car.

I wish we were there for fun and not for a funeral BUT we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay! 4 couples stayed and was very comfortable. The place was clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. The property manager answered all our questions quickly. The location was great as you were close to everything. We thought we might hear noise from the main road but it was very quite. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Our family of 8 including 2 grandmas was a very comfortable choice for our family to stay for a family wedding at The Rim Golf Club. The home had plenty of room for all and lots of activities with hiking at Tonto Natural Bridge and gambling at the Casino in Payson. The only thing that would have been helpful is a heads up about the construction all around the unit that started at 7 am even on the weekends. It was still a place we probably would have rented since there is no other place like it and the price is right! It just would have been nice to know.

We didn't have any knowledge of the Payson area, and was happy to find a beautiful rental in the area. Communication with the staff/owner was great and the rental was very welcoming. The owner had reached out to let us know about the construction that was happening around the neighborhood. We were so appreciative of that and the honesty. We moved ahead with the rental and loved every second of it. The rooms were spacious, and the unit was well equipped for a comfortable and perfect stay. Our kids enjoyed the games that were there. It's small touches like that that make it a little better than most. We highly recommend this unit and can't wait to visit the Payson area again!
