Nestled in Payson, this charming house for $295 per night is a great choice for your next trip. 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath with Mountain Views, sleeps 10-13. The upper floor is accommodated with a living area with leather furniture, and downstairs is the living room with 1 twin sofa bed. SPECIAL OFFER! * We are currently offering a free night stay with the purchase of 4 or 5 nights * Please inquire via email to take advantage of Special Offer. The "Payson Home" is nestled above the trees with views of the Granite Dells Mountain range with unobstructed views of the surroundings. Wake up to the mountain views with a cup of coffee from the deck(s). The interior is comfortable and relaxing with a homey atmosphere. The top floor has a living room with comfortable leather furniture and a Big screen TV, all new appliances and granite counter tops, an imported Italian dining room set that will seat 10 comfortably, 4 island stools. Three upstairs bedrooms with a spacious Master Bedroom Suite. The downstairs floor offers 2 bedrooms, bath, an extremely comfortable living room with big screen TV and a huge game room with pool table and ping pong. Plenty of games and puzzles. All the bedrooms have brand new beds that are all comfortable. We offer a work friendly space provided with a desk that has ethernet for fast internet speed. We are pet friendly. There is a pet fee of $25 per pet. We also offer a fire pit. We have bundled wood for sale. Plenty of parking in front and back of the house. The area offers plenty of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, fishing, boating, golfing, tennis, pickleball, parks, off roading, site seeing, national monuments, Tonto Creek fish hatchery, horseback riding, swimming at The Water Wheel on the East Verde River, boating or fishing at Roosevelt lake, shopping at the many thrift stores and antique shops. ATTENTION- this vacation home is located in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental policy includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Evictions and forfeitures of deposit for any violations of said policies are strictly enforced. Please be sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting The Payson Home.

The house is lovely, great location and it has pretty much everything you need.
We enjoyed Christmas there with the family and we all were very comfortable, except for the fact that it is listed as 6 bedrooms, one with 3 futons, which in reality is a second living room. It doesn't accommodate more than 2 people.
The seating in dinning room and stools might need an improvement, but in general, the house is pretty cute and comfortable.
We asked for special accommodations and the owner was very helpful and great in communication, I can not thank them enough.
Game room was definitely a great thing to have.

My family rents a cabin every year between Christmas and New Years. This one is right up there with one of our favorites so far.
Location is great, close to grocery stores and shopping but you feel like you are much farther away. So quiet and the view from the back is beautiful.
Everyone enjoyed the game room and the kitchen is much larger than we thought from the photos. It's also well stocked for all of our cooking needs.
Would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

This is an absolutely beautiful house with a fantastic layout. We traveled with 8 people (adults and teens), and the kitchen couldn’t have worked out better. I swear the kitchen has everything you could need to cook for a large group. All the furniture was comfortable, there were plenty of extra blankets and towels. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. In our first 15 minutes there, a javelina wandered through the yard. The next morning, a couple raccoons jogged past. And on day 3, an elk was just crossing the road. The game room with the pool table and ping pong table was a huge hit with everyone. The owner, Doug, is very friendly and communicative. I highly recommend this house, especially for a larger group. This was a great first experience on Vrbo.

This Home was PERFECT for our mature group; everyone slept better here than in our own homes. Doug and Patricia have great taste. It was a blessing to have it so well stocked. It was really Fun and very Enjoyable to be with Family under one roof.

This home is beautiful and the perfect size for the family. Very clean and stocked with all the essentials. We loved the game room with pool, ping pong and more games. Our host was very responsive with all correspondence- we would definitely stay here again

Great property and lovely neighborhood. We did see elk walking by. They are huge and one was having fun at the neighbors tree and was a deck level for them! Spacious home with lots of bedrooms. There isn't flat space with shade here just for those looking for setting Cornhole or the like. We ended up using the ditch by house.

Lovely, spacious well appointed property with lots of indoor activities as well as near lots of outdoor activities. Lots of spices and dishes. No Keurig, but coffee pot with coffee and filters were provided. We'd stay again!

Doug was excellent to communicate with. The house exceeded our expectations and accommodated four couples and all our side by sides along with our trailers comfortably.

This cabin is in a great location close enough to Payson so you can get your Walmart and Starbucks, but remote enough that you’ll have quiet nights, lots of stars, and occasional wildlife. We saw all sorts of animals including a group of big Elk (from the safety of the balcony). The home was clean, comfy, and had plenty of entertainment. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and items to help get dinner going. Definitely would stay again!

Payson and the Granite Dells was a wonderful location to have a family reunion and Payson House couldn't have been nicer. First of all, 5 bedrooms with king size beds and also a beautiful coach and sofa bed downstairs. There was a game room and a downstairs living room with a TV for the kids plus beautiful linens and a well stocked kitchen. The hosts have thought of everything, even extra airbeds and baby equipment.
Everything was super clean and sparkled. We couldn't have asked for a lovelier Thanksgiving. Thanks again.

This was a little slice of heaven! The neighborhood was so clean and quiet. The house had the perfect lay out for our family. All 4 kids (age 14-20) were down stairs in 2 bedrooms and 6 adults upstairs in the other 3. Super clean and soooo much room. I would definitely recommend this house. One our favorite VRBO’s we’ve stayed in.

Our favorite excursion was a hike through Tonto Natural Bridge; challenging and gorgeous. The property is centrally located in the town while maintaining good privacy and views. The owner responded to questions quickly.. I highly recommend!
