I came to Auburn Hills to attend a wedding. The location was perfect and the room was exceptional.

My key card has to be reactivated several times

A headache

Rooms were bigger

I didn’t like that I booked a room for four people on booking.com and they only offer rooms for 3 people. I had to deal with this all weekend and was a huge mistake on booking.com

Breakfast, parking, most of the staff, hot shower, bed & pillows, happy hour snacks, free laundry, fitness room, really quiet, dog friendly, got a good discounted price -lower than what they charge

In the room: light cover missing, in-room safe broken, had to vacate the room for deep cleaning which was not so clean, cobwebs everywhere, had to clean the room on arrival everything was sticky & the dishes were dirty & the shower had hair in it & it was dirty. Kitchenette floor had sticky stuff spilled on it. Couch had stains. Pool was cloudy. To extend the hotels price was much more

The lobby area felt hommy. Relaxing.

Everything was great. Couldn't use pool dye to maintenance I believe for the 4 day stay. Bit no issues. Oh and no water bottles for sell

Breakfast - Need more healthier food, e.g., scrambled egg whites, egg white omelettes, not enough bananas. Pool - Needs to be larger and better maintained Value - With poor location and poor-to-medium amenities, price needs to be lower

WOUNDERFULL PLACE TO STAY!!!!

Breakfast was amazing!! FRESH FRESH FRESH!!! Staff was the best I have seen in my 30+ years of traveling. This place and its team are the new standard of excellence! Well done and thank you to all the staff!!!

Would not change a thing! No complaints at all. For the cost of staying at this place what a value! This place is among the best of the best. We will be staying there again if we need a place to stay.

The staff was wonderful....the bed was so comfortable...the breakfast and dinner was great...

That I pick the option to pay at the facility but booking. com had already charged my card... also I paid for a room that I didn't get so I felt like I was over charged ...the room was small than the one I thought I was getting...the refrigerator was not clean in the inside also the glasses had lip prints on them in the cabinet ....I picked the bath tub option with the handicap rells on the wall didn't get it ...I had a procedure done and it required me to soak in a tub ...I booked thinking I was going to get what I paid for but I guess next time I'll book directly with them ....overall the hotel was nice ,clean , comfortable , the staff was wonderful ...I was deceive by the third party with was booking.com

Very pleasant stay at this facility

I would recommend this facility. My room was very clean. The lobby and dining area was clean. There was a nice variety of food available for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful when I needed them. I would definitely recommend this facility.

I recommend this hotel! The beds are comfortable, the breakfast was good and the morning staff is so nice!

The rooms were nice! I liked the offer of a dinner and breakfast buffet style serving.

it was hidden, just hard to find. the person that checked us in wasn’t a “people person” and it was very easy to see.

We stayed 10 nights and our room was never cleaned. It stated that 7 nights stay would have cleaning. Requested it two times and they did not follow through.

Value for money. Accommodating staff. Clean with great facilities. Will definitely be returning.

Everything! The hotel was perfect! The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when deciding where to visit during our stay. The breakfast was plentiful with a wide selection of fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, pastries, cakes plus cooked items. The facilities were great for the family, a swimming pool and free washing and drying facilities. We will definitely stay there again when we next visit.
