I loved the staff. They answered questions
I didn't like that they didn't clean our rooms even though we stayed 3 days they didn't give us towels or come to empty trash. We had to go ask for them and also I had 2 rooms and one of them was filled with ants everywhere

The location and continental breakfast
The first room I was in the heat was not working and the hostess basically told me to deal with it because that’s as thats as warm as the room was gonna get or to downgrade my accommodations. After some back-and-forth debate over the phone and in person she was able to move me to a room with adequate heating after expressing the temperature dropping in the area and how we would have to sleep fully close to stay warm in the first room. Additionally, the rooms were not clean properly. The had hair in the bed when you pull back the blanket . The shower was had dirty footprints in it, and one of the beds had a used mouthguard under the sheet.
