Great location, near Metro, several buses, and a few attractions within walking distance. The apartment was VERY spacious with lots of closet space, a well-equipped kitchen, a large private patio.
There was no breakfast, and the only coffee was a shot-sized cup of espresso. It would be nice to have other coffee and breakfast options. The street was noisy at night with trash and bottle disposal every night at 2 AM. The worst problem was that we were stuck in the elevator one day for an hour and 15 minutes. We couldn't open the door. There was no offer of compensation for that very scary and unfortunate event. We could have missed a scheduled tour, but luckily did not

The property is fantastic, clean and very roomy. Being close to trevi fountain and the metro. Lots of nice restaurants near. The place has an elevator which is rare in italy for an appartment building. It was also very close to a car rental location.
Nothing!

The space was big, and there was plenty of room.
They only provided one key, including for the lights, so everyone had to stay in together or everyone had to go out together. The electrical was very questionable. The breaker flipped a few times. Some plugs did not work well. The water heaters worked sometime, and other times they did not. We ended up taking a few cold showers. The windows could be better sound insulated to help with the excessive road noise all around. We would not stay here again. We stayed in five different places throughout Italy over the past two weeks and this was by far our least favorite and the most expensive.
