We were recommended this property by a friend and we will be recommending it to others!
We were a family of 6 (2 teenagers, parents and grandparents) and this was comfortable for us all. The kids didn’t want to share a bed so one chose to sleep on the sofa bed and there was still plenty of space for us.
The team helped us with booking a van to collect us from the airport - that went perfectly - and also met us early to store our luggage in the apartment as it was still being cleaned. Emmanuel was super friendly and explained how to navigate the apartment.
We all had our own space (even a tv in each room to relax after long walking days) and own bathrooms which made it very comfortable. Having the kitchen made breakfasts easy (supermarket is a very short walk) the balcony was fantastic and was where we spent most of our time.
The location was so central and the Barberini metro station right in the square made it very easy to get to the Vatican - we walked everywhere else.
Instructions were all clear and we were sent a link for a nearby luggage storage with a discount code for our checkout day.
The sliding doors on the kitchen were quite annoying and a bit flimsy. To me, it would make sense to remove them, we were worried they would break.
The lift in the building can only hold 3 people and on one occasion our 2 teenagers got stuck in it. Not a fault of the apartment though.

The terrace. Clean. Location.
Needs Maintenance: door lock. Doorknob, sink drain, terrace string lights. Toilet flush valve, not flexible on 10am checkout even though no cleaning crew was there.sofa bed mattress was poor.

It is in a great location and large in size. The terrace is nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was convenient.
There is about 10 stairs up to the living area-just something to keep in mind-not a negative! Only suggestion would be the unit needs to be painted-with white paint you can tell it is rented a lot!

Location is excellent. The balcony is nice but the cushions were disgusting!
We were not aware of the 10 steps up into the apartment from the front door on the 4th floor.
There is no oven or grill.
No paper towels or tissues provided.
No tea towels.
Useless toaster. No tea/milk.
There were no pillow covers in a couple of rooms, needed extra towels too.
Sheets only on the beds.. no duvets.
The housekeeping lady grumpily provided these on our first evening.
Over priced for what it is, paying for location only.
