Clean, friendly, and great value for money.

All the facilities were clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. I stayed in the private boat out the back and loved how charming the cabin was. Would highly recommend!

Nothing comes to mind. It was great value for money.

Me gustó la amabilidad del personal y la cercanía con el centro.

Se que no es culpa del alojamiento pero era impresionante lo mal que olía. La gente vuelve de torres del Paine y no se debe duchar. Porque de verdad que era un olor insoportable lo que hizo que mi estancia no fuera para nada agradable.

Gute Lage nahe Busterminal

Gute Lage, bequeme Betten, nette Outdoor-Küche samt Garten

Nur 2 Bäder/Toiletten für alle im Mehrbettzimmer, die Duschräume waren nicht so sauber und die Lappen zum Abwaschen in der küche schon ziemlich alt und eklig zum waschen- bitte wechselt diese öfter damit sich die gäste wohl fühlen. Im mehrbettzimmer war das bad und die Schränke fürs gepäck über eine wendeltreppe zu erreichen, was mit gepäck sehr gefährlich werden kann, da diese nicht gesichert ist.

Uma escolha não muito boa.

A localização

A escolha pela barca foi um erro. Havíamos ficado no quarto de casal individual que foi ótimo. Mas a barca é apertada, dependendo da altura da pessoa, ela não cabe de pé. A cama tem uns relevos da estrutura do barco e nas laterais havia muita poeira e cabelo que não havia sido limpo.

Schönes Hostel mit Flair zum Wohl fühlen

Zentrale Lage, Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad, super freundlicher Besitzer und freundliche Crew. Sie haben uns an Silvester wie Freunde behandelt (es wurde essen spendiert, Getränke bereitgestellt...).

Es gibt nur ein Fenster in der Decke welches sich nicht öffnen lässt. Somit kann nicht gelüftet werden. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn der Badmülleimer in den drei Tagen mal geleert worden wäre. Der Spülschwamm dürfte öfters ausgewechselt werden ;)

mejor albergue

Durante la esquina estuve muy feliz todos los días, fue el momento más feliz de toda Sudamérica, porque estaban Ana, Kiky, Sofía... y el jefe que tocaba la batería, todos eran muy cariñosos y se sentían muy felices. Estaban en casa y se divertían todos los días. Cuando me fui, lloré sola... Tenía muchas reticencias a irme. Kiky no soporta dejarnos, se preocupará por nosotros, conoce cada mirada de tus ojos, cada necesidad, es una bebé muy linda, muy recomendable!

Style recherché de la maison Dortoir assez grand et lits confortables Entrée autonome par code Location de matériel de montagne Plus une maison, chez l'habitant, avec des dortoirs et chambres ajoutés

On se marche dessus partout Cuisine mal agencée, gazinière à l'extérieur, table centrale jolie (bateau) mais peu confortable Une salle de bain/toilette pour 8 personnes, à l'étage, toute petite et basse, je touchais le plafond dans la douche et proche du lavabo Casiers tous pris à mon arrivée alors que le dortoir n'était même pas plein Personnel peu dynamique sauf un Cher Porte de la chambre située proche de l'accueil, bruyant

Javier (who built the hostel!) Was really nice and helpful. He lent us an adaptor and offered lots of advice with tours and sightseeing! The kitchen and living room are big and cosy, with lots of great features.

There is no storage space in the room. Cupboards were locked/full of stuff. Our room was next to the kitchen and had a glass door. The light would wake us up whenever someone used the kitchen/living room.

Great kitchen. Comfortable lounge areas. Very hot water for showers.

They had a massive bed bug problem during my stay. They should have closed the dorm rooms instead of offering refunds to guests.

Felt more like a home than a hostel

Great and friendly staff who made me feel welcome, a big table in the kitchen where you can meet other travelers, top location in the center of PN and 10 mins from the bus station, perfect for hikers since you can leave your backpack with them before doing a long trek

Bed Bugs!

The hostel itself was nice and cozy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We spent one night there and could leave our backpacks as long as we were in the National Park.

BEWARE! BED BUGS! I was about to come back to this hostel for 3 more nights after the National Park, but even after one night my body was covered with bedbug bites, so I canceled it and had to find another hostel late in the night after returning from the park. The lady from the reception said they are aware of the problem and clean the room everyday, I think they need an exterminator.

So many insects in the bedroom

The staff are really cool and the kitchen is good, the people sit there to talk and change experiences.

In my first day I needed to get out of my bed in the middle of night and sleep in the couch because my bed was full of ticks or another small insects that made me to scratch my body. In the other day the staff was cool with me after some complaining and change me of bed, but still found of them in the new bed but way less than the other. The house really needs some sanitize in the summer. The bathroom also are really small, I am 1,80 tall and still need to curve a little bit to fit myself.

Very good

Nice big kitchen and comfortable facilities. Well maintained and friendly staff. Accommodated leaving my luggage during my backpacking trip through Torres del Paine.

The dorm rooms are on the smaller side so it’s a tight fit and the bathroom is accessed via spiral stairs which might not work for everyone.

Superb

We stayed in the little boat shaped tiny house and it was super cute. The building is a bit awkward but it's worth it for the experience and privacy.

It's a little bit out of the busiest town if you're looking for something really central, but it's a nice walk.

Very good

Beds are very comfortable. All the bunk beds are hand built so they are very sturdy. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot showers. Great wifi and nice little common lounge area.

Some of the upper bunks are closer to the ceiling, so you can bang your head if you are tall. Same for the bathrooms as they are in the eaves. Kitchen is quite small so can get very busy when lots of people want to cook.

Good value for short stay.

Comfortable bed and good location. Kitchen is nice but a little small.

The toilet and shower for 9 people is up a steep stair to the attic space where the ceiling is 1.5 meters. Can't stand straight to pee. The shower is so tight, if you drop the soap you have to open the door to reach down.

Great location, just a few minutes from the bus station and close to town. The layout of the dorms, though initially a bit weird, is actually a great set-up, with lockers and a space to pack away from the main dorm, minimising disturbances from people coming in late/leaving early.

Bad

A few minutes after I got into bed I started to itch a lot. I found out there were bed bugs in the bed and killed a few. There were also fleas and I couldn't sleep for hours because I was scratching. In the morning the places swelled and became inflamed. I told the employee at the reception and he claimed I brought them with me. I took a photo that there were more bed bugs under the bed and showed him. A few minutes after I left another guest was put in the same bed. I told the new guest Shane Lev and the employee that it was wrong for him to let someone else sleep there, only after that they sprayed the place and I moved to a nearby hostel so as not to carry the equipment.
