Juan is a legend 🤙🏼 he has the brightest attitude and is a very genuine and lovely person. He must have lots of people come through and head out to Torres del Paine but he obviously puts in a lot of effort to get to know you and remember your name. He looked after our stuff during the hike and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay Definitely recommend and thanks again Juan! 🫶🏼🎉

We got a funny look when we came inside just after the floor had been mopped and had dried 😂

Sehr freundlicher Inhaber, angemessenes Zimmer mit sehr guter Dusche und sehr gemütlichem Bett. Genügend Ablagemöglichkeiten, Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Schöner und großzügiger Gemeinschaftsbereich. Frühstück in Ordnung (Selbstbedienungsbuffet)

Recht hellhörig. Nur bei Barzahlung kann die Befreiung von der Mehrwertsteuer in Anspruch genommen werden (gilt für Ausländer).

Good location, clean room and warm, nice shower, caring and polite owner ( Juan). You can pay in dollar, pesos or tarjetas. Excelent internet signal. Close to the center and 15 min walk to the bus station

Breakfast should have biscuit and different tea and also chocolate powder if people stay more than two days.Only that to improve because they have other good options and we manage to have it.

Lovely hostel, clean and confortable. The room in itself was simple but good. Like many places in Chili you can easily hear other people from your room, but everybody was respectful during our stay. The breakfast is great, including hot beverages, juice, cereal and milk, eggs (that you cook yourself), toasts, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits, and sweet et savory pastries..! Amazing really. The kitchen is perfect, with everything you need to cook and it was very clean. The owner is friendly and spoke perfect English which is nice if your Spanish is not on point.

This hostel was all we needed before our trek in Torres del Paine, with friendly staff and a good breakfast.

best hostel we ever stayed in! Juan is incredibly nice and helpful, The place is very welcoming with a beautiful commun area and well equipped kitchen.

Amazing place!!!

Everything!! The best place we have stayed in at our trip so far! The rooms were big and comfortable, amazing bed, all the facilities were great. it is located a short walk from the city center, in a quiet nice street. The hostel staff is amazing - everyone were very nice and helped us with everything, way beyond expectations!! There is a very comfortable luggage storage available which was great since we went for a few days hike at Torres del Paine. Amazing breakfast we enjoyed everyday. I very recommend!

Comfy bed, hot showers, great free breakfast or snacks for your day trip, large communal kitchen and lounge area.

The wifi didn't work from the bedroom, it is about a 20 minute walk from the bus station.

we could let out stuff there during the W trek even though we didn’t stayed there after the trek

everything was perfect expect from the fact that the check out was earlier vs what was written on booking. It a really unpleasant surprise at breakfast when the lady told us that we had 5min to remove everything from our room…

The host Juan was a very friendly man who made you feel at home at El Sendero. He is always in for a small chat and is very helpful. We were going to do the W-circuit at Torres del Paine and Juan gave some advice about equipment for rental for example. Furthermore, the hostel itself was very clean and had all needed facilities.

Recommended for backpackers, couples or anyone who likes good vibes but also clean and comfortable

The place was clean, great atmosphere and very welcoming and knowledgeable staff! The breakfast was good as well as the room. We really recommend it ! 👌

we had comfortable, warm rooms with great breakfast and a great location. we could walk easily around town. the community kitchen made it easy to prepare a meal. the staff was very nice and very helpful!

Excellent hostel in Puerto Natales

Excellent location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable and bathroom had a powerful and hot shower. Good breakfast. Lockers to store items not needed if going to the national park.

Tasty breakfast, big kitchen for cooking. Interior of the hostel is cosy and the owner is very nice. You can leave unnecessary staff in the box at the hostel for the period of visit Torres del Paine.

Far from bus terminal. First impression was not nice as the employee at the reception was not very welcoming and customer oriented. After some time he improved his behaviour.
