The location is fantastic, very near to the beaches and especially Flynns.
The house is basic but the veranda out the back, looking over the hills in the distance, really makes it.
The place really needs a good clean. The bathroom was dirty and there were socks, underwear, etc., left under the beds. Gives an idea of how thoroughly the place had been cleaned.

This property is nice and simple. It's like Port Macquarie itself, straightforward. Not pretentious. It's not flash, and for the price who'd expect it to be? I'm not interested in flash anyway.
Nothing to complain about, in fact, a few pleasant surprises. The tele in the pictures has been seriously upgraded, as have quite a few other appliances around the place. Well stocked with kitchen knick-knacks. Everything works.

Location was great 👍 privacy and within walking 🚶♂️ distance to the beach and other attractions.

It was great that we were able to collect the keys from the office of the property manager. The property manager provided two sets of keys, as well as some information about the house.
The bed mattresses were good.
It was good to know in advance that we needed to provide our own linen and towels.
The location of the house is great.
The house wasn't very clean but a $150 cleaning fee is included in the charge for this accommodation.
It would be great to let people know that providing your own linen and towels also means providing your own toilet paper, tea towels, etc. When we turned up at the end of the day, we found that there was no toilet paper! We had to go out straight away to get toilet paper and some other cleaning supplies!
The floor was dirty throughout the house, there was mould in the shower and the drain of the bathroom sink. We were able to sweep the floors, which helped a lot, but the floor was sticky in some places.
The bathroom mirror was dirty, the tiles behind the stove were also dirty.
When we got out the dinner plates, they were stuck together with tomato sauce. The electric frying pan was dirty with oil and, when we used it, kept turning off!
The blankets were dusty.
On our third night there, the TV stopped showing a picture. When we notified the management about this, we received no reponse.
The structure of this house is great and the location is also great. A stay there would be greatly improved by better cleanliness and information about what you need to bring for your stay.
