Staff is really nice and friendly. I felt like they genuinely cared about their guests, which is not something to give for granted. Honestly though, I was expecting something more for breakfast, it was really simple although it was the most expensive breakfast I ever paid for in a hotel. Any 4 stars hotel in Italy, France, Spain, would do more and better and for less than half the price.
I had a bad experience with the hotel’s taxi service. The taxi driver charged me more than the price listed by the hotel, even though I had confirmed the fare with the reception beforehand.
The hotel reception staff were very kind and helpful, and they refunded me the difference, so I really appreciated how they handled the situation.
However, I would recommend being cautious when using the taxi service (that is, in general, as the category of taxi drivers tends to be... particular). As a young traveller, I had the impression that the driver may have assumed I would simply accept the higher price without questioning it.

The location was great. The price was exceptional. The attention from the staff was always kind.
One day there was a very bad smell coming from the bottom floors. My key card never worked and had to change it several times.

The location
Airco was leaking over the door, had to ask for just 2 tea bags a day but generally got them only at the reception and never brought to the room. Bed was only made by room keeping once in 3 days and bathroom was never wiped down at all.
