Location was good. Staff were nice. Size of room and bathroom. Storage was good
Shower water was low pressure and badly designed shower space as didn't stop water going everywhere.
Problem with toilet not flushing as no water. Mentioned to staff and was quickly fixed

Loved the cozy atmosphere and the downstairs lounge area. The bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious, everything is very clean and warm (in the Netherlands this is not always the case). Perfect location, even for a longer stay

Central location. Attractive building. Room very comfortable. Large lounge which was very relaxing and with (free) tea/coffee and snacks. Other than points below, this would have been an exceptional place.
Lighting in room insufficient (for reading). Breakfast alright, but the least choice of the many places I stayed in on this trip; it is a set breakfast, they claim this avoids waste, but it is the opposite if you cannot choose what to have. The big problem was the unwanted technology; everything is done through AI and an app which you have to download to your phone, including getting access on arrival, which could be a challenge for some less IT literate visitors; some aspects of the app did not work; I was overcharged and, while this was quickly rectified with an apology, it would have been easier if there was a reception rather than do through AI; it is all very impersonal; excessive number of messages before arrival and during stay. I would not stay here again despite the comfort and many appealing aspects.
