badkamer was vies haren en afval op de grond niet van ons Als je een klacht heb dan moet je het er maar mee doen, reden konden niet naar een andere kamer maar we kregen ook geen korting op de kamer ook al deed zoals op internet dat de kamer een slaapbank had niet aan de wensen wij hebben door beide een handicap te hebben bewust naar twee grote bedden gekozen en voor betaald , maar slaapbank mocht niet gebruikt worden waar betaal ik dan voor als dit wel als slaapbank geadviseerd werd. vind het schandalig. bediening tijdens de maaltijd, bestek en borden van degene voor ons werden niet weg gehaald en ook werd het estek niet aangevuld, broodjes waren hard en taai. Er was geen water om te pakken. en meisje zag geheel haar werk niet

Weekend weg

Het hotel zag er netjes uit en het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook het ontbijt was goed.

We vonden de kamers wat verouderd.

Great hotel with stunning views

Great room with lovely view over the river. Breakfast was very varied and very enjoyable with views over the river. The hotel was only about 20 minutes walk to the centre of Arnhem

The restaurant or room service was not available for evening meals during our stay. We had been informed of the restaurant non-availability on various dates but only after booking. The restaurant appeared to be out of bound due to group bookings for coach arrival guests. There was a nice bistro only 10 minutes walk away.

The stay was okay but not great. Passable

The view from our room was nice, we could see the river and it was very quiet and peaceful. The location was great - close to a bus stop with a quick connection to the city center. The cleaniless was good and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The interior of the hotel was old. It needs an update as everything was looking at least 15 years old. The bed could have been more comfortable. The window in our room, could not have been opened. The price did not match the value we got.

Overpriced. Dated, shabby room.

The staff were so polite and took our feedback seriously. The bed was comfortable. The view was nice.

There were ants in several places throughout our room. The carpet in our room had nasty-looking white stains by the door as we went in. The decor was old-fashioned, shabby and very tired-looking. It was very expensive: four-star prices for a one-star room. Avoid Room 317!

Perfect comfortable stay on waterfront

the view on the water, the link with nature, the high valued neighbourhood, free parking, easy to reach, value for money, the breakfast, the staff overall everything!!

Good location, comfy bed and good breakfast

Good location, rooms could be refurbished. I had a groundfloorroom with a direct view on the restaurant terrace. I can imagine this could lead to awkward situations in summer.

The rooms were not spic and span.

Superb

The view from the room is exceptional, with the Rhine below and fields across. (We booked a room with terrace, highly recommended!) Breakfast is of excellent quality, very fresh and varied, and is served in a room overlooking the water. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is at walking distance from the city centre.

The bathroom is very coldly lit, so you don't look your best in the mirror:-)

Welcome

Nice crew, nice and kind staff. Good breakfast with panoramic view over the river “Rijn” Really friendly, I had the dog with me, and everybody was very caring. Rooms could have an update someday estheticly, but somehow still it was comfortable, clean and the bed was really nice. View is very nice and location close to little park with modern art Musuem, and city centre.

Quiet, comfortable hotel, a little removed from the centre of Arnhem, starting to show its age.

I was upgraded, for some reason, to a room with a terrace, which provided a great view of the Niderrijn; lots of ducks and geese and a wonderful sunrise. The city center was in walking distance, but being close to the river and surrounded by parks made it a great place to stay.

Not something I didn't like, so much as an observation, or warning: some of the furniture is showing some wear and tear, and the rooms themselves look like they could use some modernizing or renovation: the bathtub and radiator, for example, seem a little... old. The bed, however, seemed new and was wonderfully firm...

Was good, could be better for a 4 Star Hotel

Amazing river view, spacious room, good and tasty breakfast, great location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The covers stunk. It was a rather sparse room. Very basic decor, no style.
