The few staff members I met made the stay felt welcoming.
The receptionists were very helpful and most importantly, catered for my son's needs.
I was able to conduct aspects of my work peacefully and professionally at Hotel Modez.
Not that I didn't like but the floor in our room could've been a bit cleaner. It needed a bit of sweeping as it was dusty etc. Everything elase was alright for our stay.

Beautiful room! The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of options. There is also a great restaurant right next to the hotel!
It was not a problem for us, but the elevator was not working during our stay. Anyone with limited mobility or difficulty climbing stairs may want to double-check that the elevator is operational before booking.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The neighbourhood had many options for eating and drinking.
While I applaud the attempt to be innovative with interior design, the results were inconsistent with some rooms more successful than others.

Location is great, about 10minute walk from the beginning of the city center.
We had a one bedroom flat at the ground floor and it was perfect for us with the kids. The train rails didn't bother us. It was also very convenient to use the parking offered by the hotel because it's not easy to find a parking place in the area.
Our reserved parking spot was double booked when we arrived so we had to find a solution by ourselves, despite the fact that I had called the hotel twice, before our stay, to ensure all is ok with our reservation. Eventually they didn't charge us for that.
The flat was well equipped overall but two small things would have been really useful: soap next to each sink, and a kitchen sponge for washing anything that does not normally go in the dishwasher. Also, the lights in the bedroom are crazy strong, a dimmed set of light bulbs would be great. Otherwise it's great as is.
