Location very central,plus close to the bridge.breakfast very good.parking was inside too that was a big plus for the motorbike.
Bed had a topper mattress,kept moving on the lower mattress thus causing sheet to move and get tangled up a little.
Our safe had a mind of it's own sometimes it would open other times had to get room service to open it

Great modern hotel
Excellent location
I remember a small issue, reception requesting the credit card we booked with explaining they would take a penny for security.
When I got to my room I found they had taken the whole ballance at booking stage 3 hours earlier.
Whilst I have no issues paying the bill at booking it wasn't clear.

The hotel itself was lovely bed good comfy lovely shower. That’s were the good bit stops!
Overpriced poor food in the restaurant - poor slow service put something I was allergic to in the 1st order of food had to go back. 25 euros for a burger and a few fried! 7 Euros for a bottle of water! Waitress left us came back and stunk of cigarette smoke! We had 12 o clock check out and room service just opened our door at 11am no apology nothing!
