Definitely a great affordable option for Amsterdam

Hotel is not too close to city, but very well located in an Arabic area, with loads of restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The bus 369 from/to the Airport stops right outside the hotel. The same bus brings you straight to the train station that links Amsterdam to Zaanse Schans (Sloterdijk station). Other 2 tram lines that brings you straight to some main attractions like Heineken, Rijksmuseum, Dam Square… Room was clean and the shower is very good.

I asked for 2 separate single beds and I was given a double bed instead. The bed is comfortable, but the pillows way too high to sleep with your head comfortably. Basic breakfast with not many healthy options to eat.

Great staff, good location, amazing for budget

Bed was big and comfy, bathroom was great, new towels every day and good shampoo etc, location was good if you don't mind walking into the centre but being able to enjoy other areas of Amsterdam larger city

There was no iron in our room (idk if this is just not a service that they provide or we just didn't have one in our room- we were too busy to ask for one so just kind of left it not a huge deal). What I didn't like was the cleanliness of the little coffee area in our room - coffee machine was great and we were usually topped off with pods daily, its just that there was sugar all in the little box and already opened creamer sachets so was all a bit messy and when we got there there were used coffee cups on top. Probs just an oversight and didn't bother us too much but should be kept in mind as I think that it could potentially really bother some people and put them off

General experience was 4 out of 10

Very small rooms for a business trip. Location was just fine. Not value for money option. Breakfast was fine. Room was very small like a cage.

Good ratio quality-price

Everything was perfect, except the location for coming back in the night. It was pretty clean. Todo perfecto excepto la localizacion para volver de noche. Muy limpio.

The night buses only works friday and saturday in this area, so between 12 and 6 am you are on your own. Los buses nocturnos solo funcionan el viernes y sabado en esta zona, asi q entre las 12 y las 6 te buscas la vida.

friendly people on reception, rooms super clean, great location with easy access to public transport. bed very comfy.

room could have been slightly bigger as the bed took up almost the entire length of the room.

I ended up booking different hotel as this one was too far away from everything

the room was pretty modern although not very clean and very dusty

The room was next to two huge airconditioning machines that where very noisy. The staff repeatedly told us that it would be turned off in the evening but this was obviously not true because they kept pounding all night. We asked specifically for a double bed but got two singles and when we asked for a room change because of the noise and the beds, the staff were not willing to oblige. Good to know, besides the need to bring earplugs, is that the hotel is in a dodgy neighbourhood where you have to be very careful at night. And we thought it was a non smoking hotel, but judging from the persistent smell of sigaret smoke and even stronger smell of weed, that memo had clearly not reached every guest.

Cozy place but could be better

Comfortable beds and a quite large bathroom

The heater didn’t work properly. The bedroom could be warmer, while the bathroom was freezing. However, we complaint about the temperature at the reception and they said they would have moved us to another room the day after, if we wished. Eventually we remained in the same room as there was only one day left.

Easy automated check in & out. Room was a bit quirky with a 3 foot raised bit of the flooring with a chair on top next to window. Shower was massive and really powerful - nice.

Location wasn't great. I thought some of the previous comments I had read on the location were not entirely helpful. Yes the number 21 bus gets you from Centraal station but it is 25 minutes each way on a generally crowded bus. Alternatively from the hotel take the number 7 tram towards Azartplein and change at Bilderdijkstraat or https://reisinfo.gvb.nl/en/haltes/03130

Very good

- The room was perfect - Location is good, it takes around 35 minutes by tram/bus to reach the city center and both stations are less than 100 meters away from the hotel - The Staff is extremely nice and helpful (especially Nizari)

with this rate a breakfast should have been included

Hotel is nice and clean. Few foot steps from the bus stop. Self check in and checkout which is very easy and quick. Stayed in Oct 2022.

Room was too small. Not enough space even to open the suitcase. No restaurant for breakfast in the hotel.

Hotel doesn’t take responsibility for making us pay full price for a defective room

Hotel had no double sheets and allowed us to check into a room with a double bed made up with two single sheets horizontally acrosd the bed with a very uncomfortable join in the middle. No compensation was offered for either of the two nights we were forced to sleep like this, because the ‘solution’ offered was that on the second night they told us that they would give us a sheet just as we were going out for dinner but that we would have to fit it ourselves and the guy at the front desk would ‘help’ - we are both in our 60s with bad joints/backs. They refused to accept that we had paid for a room that was defective, and that they were responsible for us having two bad nights’ sleep.
