The hotel is nice and clean.
Upon checking in early, I was told that breakfast wasn't included for that day. However, the front desk staff later confirmed that it was indeed included for my second morning. At checkout, I was informed that it was actually the other way around, and despite only having one breakfast, I was still charged for it (so I paid for one breakfast twice). I was disappointed by the confusion among the staff, and the unprofessional manner in which it was handled. Also, the pool and sauna were undergoing renovations and were unavailable, which was a major letdown since they were a key reason I chose to stay at this hotel.
