Hotel Is in beautiful valley, far from everything. SPA is great, bar very convenient and selection of restaurant is perfect
I didn’t like room service. That made very bad job, room was not cleaned and cleaning staff was replaying very ugly on any request. Defenately something needs to be change in n that perspective.

Lack of control on the parking lot with many users wich were not hotel guess, including RV’s and bad service on the breakfast with just one coffe machine with large lanes

All the surroundings. We liked the spa. Massage was ok. The hotel staff was helpful.. Spa staff was kind but did not know the exact information when we asked for it. One receptionist told us one thing and the other another when we asked about massage.
Buffet, lunch and dinner not much to choose from. and it was not a very good quality but still we ate. Breakfast was ok . When we asked for towels in the spa, they did not give it to us.

Beautiful location
In the spa they make you purchase a hat and flip flops to enter the spa. Why, I have no idea!?!
A lot of the staff were quite rude to our group.
The setting is lovely, but the hotel is tired and in need of renovation
$$$$
