Convenient, comfortable and good location for being in The center of old town. AC and elevator worked. We didn’t have a car so parking was not an issue. We were right in the middle of the evening action, but with an interior room it was quiet.
The property is quite old (it’s old town) and the rooms are very tired and uninteresting. But everything worked so we were satisfied.

- Limpieza. Aunque fuera un hotel sencillo la habitación estaba limpia
- La atención del personal
La puerta de la habitación no cerraba bien, y tenías que asegurarte bien de dejarla cerrada

The two younger female staff were not friendly did not try to be helpful and spoke rapid Spanish even though they knew I was struggling to understand them unapproachable and let the hotel down
