We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, and there was a genuinely warm and relaxed feeling throughout the property. The dogs were absolutely adorable — unfortunately, we only saw them on our first night, but we loved them! Breakfast was excellent, and the gentleman serving breakfast was a real star. The views from our room were also fantastic.
Unfortunately, the room was a major disappointment, especially considering that we paid €150 per night and had upgraded to what we understood to be one of the nicer rooms. The room clearly needed significant maintenance. It felt like it may have been a beautiful room 15 years ago, but it no longer felt that way. There was calcium buildup and dirt around the shower, paint was peeling from the walls, and overall it did not feel particularly comfortable.
The biggest issue, however, was a very strong sewage smell coming from the drain, which made the room extremely unpleasant and significantly affected our stay. For €150 per night, this was especially disappointing, as it was the most we paid for an accommodation during our five-week trip through Spain and, unfortunately, the worst room we experienced.

Everything! The staff was super nice and attentive! The view from our balcony room, pool and cafe area was amazing. We chose to eat dinner in the hotel’s cafe, and each night the food was served promptly, it was fresh and tasty!
A REALLY minor deal, but the small amount of counter space on the vanity in the bathroom.
